Once you have created at least one Service for a Client, you can schedule Visits for that Client and Service.

To begin, navigate to the Scheduling tab on the Client's profile. From any of the calendar views (Day/Week/2 Week/Month/Episode/Swimlane), click on the day/time at which you wish to schedule the Visit to open the New Client Visit dialogue.

Note that before you edit, add, or cancel any visits, on this Scheduling tab you will see a section called Hours Per Service. Here, you can review the number of hours scheduled, cancelled, the total number of hours related to the service, and the number of hours clocked.

To create a visit, note that on all the calendar views except the monthly view, you can also click and drag your mouse to select the range of time for which you would like to create a Visit.

Alternatively, click the + Add Visit(s) button to open the New Client Visit dialogue.

Enter information about the visit in the relevant fields. You are required to select a Service (which will automatically populate the Service Code field) as well as a Start and End Time

To assign a visit to an employee, either type their name into the Assign to Employee field or click the Find Employee button to open the Employee Finder. You can also assign the visit to a facility.

If you do not assign the visit, it will be classified as a vacant Vvsit.

To make the visit a recurring event, click the Create as a recurrence checkbox. This will enable more fields to complete so you can schedule a Recurrence instead of a single visit for a client.

When you have finished entering all the Visit details, click on Create Visit

Note that you can also create visits for clients on other scheduling pages by clicking + Add Visit(s) and selecting the name of the client for whom you wish to create a visit.
