From the main Dashboard, the 'Late Shifts' KPI will appear red if there are any visits that are currently late, based on the configuration settings determined by the Agency.
Click on the 'Late Shifts' KPI to access a list of Late and Missed Visits. The number of late visits will be represented by the KPI.
Visits that are currently late will display how late the visit (in hh:mm).
Within this screen, the User will be able to sort and/or filter all visits by:
- Number of minutes late
- Service Code
To further investigate the late or missed visit, click 'View' and a screen showing all visit details will be displayed. If the Employee is late because he/she is having trouble clocking in to the visit, this is a screen where administration/coordination can clock in on the Employee's behalf.
This screen can be exported in CSV format, and further analyzed in Excel by clicking the 'Options' drop-down > download CSV format.
