There are multiple ways to view an Employee's visit activity in AlayaCare. The article below highlights the various screens Employee visit history can be viewed and tracked within the Employee profile.
Option 1: Employee Reports
Navigate to the Employee profile > Reports > Shift Reports to view a list of all visits/shifts that the Employee has clocked in and out of.
This list can be further filtered down by selecting Date From and Date To dates to bring more relevant information to the Users attention.
Option 2: Time Sheets & Premiums
Additionally, the Time Sheets and Premiums tab within the Employee File, also shows details around the Employees visit history.
Step 1: Navigate to [Time Sheets & Premiums] tab > [Time Sheets]; this list shows the scheduled time and clocked time for each visit the Employee attended:
For a more complete list of Employee visits/shifts, click the [Shifts] tab below the [Time Sheets] tab:
The [Shifts] tab provides more insight into Employee visits, such as:
- Service Codes
- Visit Approval
- Any invoices the visit has appeared on
- Any payroll runs the visit is captured in
This screen can also be filtered and sorted in a number of ways. The filters exist along the top of the screen, while most columns contain sorting functionality identified by up and down arrows.
