You can view an employee's visit activity from multiple places within the employee profile.
From the employee profile, go to Forms>Visit reports to view a list of all visits that the employee has clocked in and out of.
You can filter this list by entering a date range in the Date From and Date To fields.
Time sheets & premiums
The Time sheets & premiums tab within the employee profile also shows details pertaining to the employee's visit history.
Go to Time sheets & premiums>Time sheets to view the scheduled time and clocked time for each visit the employee attended during the current week.
Use the arrows to view the Visit times for past weeks. By default, the list will show Visits that are Not Approved. Use the dropdown to view Visits that have been Approved, Approved/Modified, or Rejected.
For more details about the employee's visits, select the Visits tab.
Use the filters at the top of the list to filter by date, approval status (Approved, Not Approved, Rejected), Funder, Service Code, or Client.
