Troubleshooting Tracking Deleted Shifts in AlayaCare

Key Points:

AlayaCare currently does not have a feature to track deleted shifts through Data Exploration 2.0 (DE 2.0) reports. If you are trying to retrieve information about deleted shifts, follow the below steps for alternative methods.

Solution:

1. Use the Client Event Log

The Client Event Log in AlayaCare can show when a deleted visit event took place and who performed this action. This does not display the details of the deleted visit but helps confirm the deletion event. You can review the event log by following this guide: How do I review the event log for a client?

2. Use Audit Logs

Use the Audit Log feature in AlayaCare to track specific events such as visit deletions. The log provides insights on actions taken by users but does not recover details about the deleted shifts themselves. More information about the Audit Log feature: Feature Overview: Audit Log

3. Submit a feature request

If you require a detailed report on deleted visits that is currently not available, you can submit a feature request to AlayaCare through the AlayaCare Community. Log in or register to share your suggestion for tracking deleted shifts. Your suggestion will allow the product team to consider adding this feature in future releases, especially if there’s demand from other users. Remember to follow AlayaCare’s release notes to stay informed about upcoming feature releases.
