Issue:
You are unable to delete medications from the Medication 1.0 section on the web interface, with all medication fields appearing greyed out and uneditable.
Key Points:
Deleting medications is not currently possible. If the medication fields appear greyed out, this is expected behavior and will require updating the status rather than deletion.
Solution:
To update the status of a medication, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Client Profile > Care Delivery > Medications.
- Find the medication that needs to be updated and click on it to view details.
- In the medication details, update the Status field by choosing one of the following options:
- Active
- On Hold
- Completed
- Discontinued
- Save the changes.
