Issue:
After updating rule sets in Visit Verification, some users may find that specific resolutions are no longer available, making visits unapprovable.
Solution:
1. Re-enable the specific verification reason and resolution code
- Navigate to Schedules > Visit Verification > Reasons and Resolutions.
- Search for the specific reason causing the issue.
- Enable the resolution code.
- Once you find the appropriate reason, click on the dropdown menu next to the Edit button.
- Select Enable to reactivate the resolution code.
2. Verify the visit
Return to the Visit Verification page and apply the re-enabled resolution to the visit in question.
3. Finalize approval
You should now be able to approve the visit with the appropriate resolution. The new rule set will take effect from the date specified, and future visits will follow the updated rules.
