Issue:
You have trouble with auto-approving unscheduled phone visits, particularly when using the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
Solution:
1. Verify auto-approval settings
- Go to Schedules > Workforce Management > Unscheduled Visits.
- Select the visit you want to auto-approve.
- Click Add to Schedule.
- Check the Auto-Approve box.
2. Check EVV compatibility
Note that auto-approval is unavailable for visits funded by an electronic billing payor with the EVV feature enabled.
3. Troubleshoot bulk auto-approval issues
If you receive a data missing error, ensure all required fields are filled in correctly.
