Issue:
You have added the agency's phone number to the profile, but it does not appear on the billing statements.
Solution:
1. Verify agency profile settings
Ensure that your agency’s phone number is added in the Phone (Main) field within the agency profile.
- Go to Settings > Agency Information > Phone (Main).
- If the phone number still doesn’t appear, try entering it in the Phone (Other) field and generate the statement again.
2. Check invoice contacts
If you have specific invoice contacts set up for different funders, ensure that the phone number is included in the invoice contact details.
- Go to Settings > All Settings > Agency Information and click Contacts.
- In the Invoice Contacts tab, check the details of the Invoice Contact to ensure the phone number is correctly listed.
3. Generate the billing statement
After adding the phone number, generate a billing statement by selecting the type Statement – Detailed under Accounting > Accounting Export > Add Accounting Export.
