Issue:
Occasionally, visits may be labeled as "unauthorized" and fail to appear in Visit Verification for review.
Solution:
1. Access visit verification
- Navigate to Visit Verification in your AlayaCare platform.
2. Change status filter
- Ensure the filter is set to Rejected rather than Approved to view unauthorized visits.
3. Search for visit IDs
- Enter specific Visit IDs to locate the affected visits.
4. Re-run visit verification
- Un-approve the rejected visits and re-run them through Visit Verification to check if they are recognized correctly.
