Issue:
In a multi-branch setting, you may need to determine whether visit tags can be set at a branch level or if they are applied globally across all branches.
Key points:
In a multi-branch setting, visit tags can be managed at the branch level. This means that each branch can create and apply its own set of visit tags independently.
Solution:
Here’s how you can manage visit tags for a specific branch:
1. Navigate to entity tags
- Go to Schedules > Scheduling Settings > Entity Tags.
2. Add a new tag
- Click on +Add Tag.
3. Enter tag details
- Enter the Tag Label and choose Visit as the Tied Entity. Click Save to create the tag.
4. Apply tags to visits
- When creating or editing a visit, click on the multi-select button next to Tags to choose from the list of visit tags configured by your branch.
