Solution:
1. Verify clearinghouse information
Ensure you have contacted your clearinghouse for all necessary details. While they might provide a payor ID, you may also need to check if they can offer the provider and payor electronic transmitter identifier or if it can be generated during claim submission.
2. Receiver qualifier
For the receiver qualifier, use ZZ as it is commonly used for this field.
3. Check for additional guidance
If you are using a system other than Waystar, you might not need the provider and payor electronic transmitter identifiers. Instead, you can focus on exporting the 837 file from AlayaCare and uploading it to your clearinghouse.
