Issue:
You may encounter an error message when attempting to generate invoices that states, "A job for the same frequency is preventing this job from being queued." This issue may persist even after clearing the cache.
Solution:
1. Check background processing
If you have recently run an invoice generation job for the same billing period, the system may still be processing that request. This can lead to the error message being displayed.
2. Wait before retrying
Wait 30-60 minutes before attempting to generate the invoices again. During this time, the system should complete the background processing. Please note that if the job runs longer than expected, it will automatically end after 120 minutes.
