Caregivers are experiencing an issue where visits are not being assigned after selecting assign visit in the mobile app. Although caregivers can clock in and complete tasks, the visit remains unassigned.

The issue occurs because the Edit report templates ACL is not enabled for the caregiver role. This ACL needs to be activated to properly assign visits.
Solution:
1. Enable the required Access Control List (ACL)
- Go to your admin settings.
- Navigate to the ACL settings for the caregiver role.
- Ensure that the Edit report templates permission is checked.
- Save your changes.
2. Verify configuration
Confirm that this ACL was not unintentionally altered or disabled.
3. Test the fix
After enabling the ACL, test the mobile app to ensure that visits can now be assigned properly.
