Issue:

When attempting to clock in/out for client visits, caregivers may receive a "Not Within Proximities" message, even when they are physically at the client's location. Adjusting the distance settings does not resolve the issue.

Solution:

  • Verify that the employee is in the correct location.
  • Ensure that the Field’s Staff Location setting is enabled on their smartphone device.
  • Ensure the employee attempts to bypass the message, as it can be ignored without affecting clock in/out functionality.
  • Check the employee's schedule to confirm whether clock in/out times are being recorded despite the warning.
