Troubleshooting Reactivating a Discharged Client

Issue:

You may encounter an issue when trying to reactivate a previously discharged client, receiving a message that the client status is set to activate the following day.

Solution:

1. Change status to waitlist

  • Add a new status for the client as Waitlist with the effective date set for tomorrow.

2. Delete the waitlist status

  • After setting the waitlist status, navigate to the Status History section.
  • Click on the dropdown next to the Edit button to delete the Waitlist status.

3. Create a new status

  • Once the waitlist status is deleted, create a new status for today, allowing the client to be reactivated immediately.
