Issue:
Terminated employees are still showing up on the dashboard map instead of current employee work sessions.
Solution:
1. Reactivate the employee's profile
- Go to Employee Profile > Demographics > General Information
- Find the Status field and change it to Active.
- Click Save.
2. Log in as the employee
- Navigate to the employee’s Overview page.
- Change the employee’s password to any temporary password.
- Log in to the mobile app with their credentials.
3. Close open work sessions
- Once logged in, go to Settings and check for the open work sessions.
- Click into the first visit and clock out.
- You may need to add required interventions or a signature before clocking out.
- Repeat this process for the second visit.
4. Terminate the employee again
- Go to Employee Profile > Demographics > General Information
- Find the Status field and change it to Terminated.
- Click Save.
5. Check dashboard map settings
- Go to the Dashboard section and find the map settings.
- Ensure that the map is configured to display only active employees.
6. Refresh the dashboard
- Refresh the dashboard to ensure the changes take effect.
