You may want to delete conversation threads in the Secure Messaging module, but find that the option to do so is not available.

Solution:

Currently, the ability to delete conversation threads in the Secure Messaging module depends on user permissions. If you do not see the option to delete, it may be due to a lack of necessary permissions.

Follow these steps to check and update permissions, or use the Close option to manage conversations if deletion is not available:

1. Log in to the admin portal

  • Use your admin credentials to log in.

2. Navigate to user permissions
