Solution:
To successfully export a list of active client contacts, follow these steps:
1. Start with client explore
- In the export settings, begin by selecting the Client Explore.
2. Select fields
- For client identification, choose either Client ID or Full Name under the Client Form Context Field.
- For contact details, utilize the Form Context Fields, noting that the First Name and Last Name are separate dimensions.
3. Verify custom templates (if applicable)
If you are using custom templates, ensure they are correctly set up.
- Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Custom Templates.
- Verify that the template includes all the necessary fields for client contacts, such as billing contact emails.
