Issue:
Users may find that employees cannot view visit dates and selected service codes under the Scheduled Visits section, despite administrators being able to access this information.
Solution:
1. Navigate to System Settings
- Go to the System Settings menu.
2. Access Roles and Permissions
- Click on Roles and Permissions.
3. Select the appropriate role
- Choose the role you wish to modify for employee access.
4. Grant access to scheduled visits
- Ensure that the role selected has the permission for Scheduled Visits under the schedule tab.
