Troubleshooting Secure Messaging Notifications

Issue:

You may experience an issue in Secure Messaging where you cannot toggle notifications to ON, as the option remains OFF and greyed out.

Solution:

  • Enable browser notifications
  • Before toggling notifications in Secure Messaging, ensure that notifications are allowed in your browser.
  • Locate the button with two lines next to your environment URL in the browser, click on it, and enable notifications from there.

Note:

Please note that if the issue persists, clearing the browser’s cache and cookies can ensure the notification settings are properly updated.
