Single Sign On
AlayaCare now supports Single Sign On on web. For further information on this feature, contact your Client Success Manager.
Support for our 2 mobile apps will come soon!
It's here! Similar to the Employee Finder, you now have a tool to find the best facility for a client.
Using a combination of filters, sorting, various metrics and a calendar view, you can get all the information needed to make the best assignment. The Facility Finder feature can be accessed via the 'Find Facility' button found in the visit and recurrence dialogs.
To learn more about the Facility Finder, click here.
Set Service Instructions at the Service level
You can now set the Service Instructions when creating or editing a service. Then, upon selecting the service in the visit/recurrence creation dialog, Service Instructions from the service will be automatically populated, as seen currently with Activity Code, Reports and Skills.
Important note: Changing the Service Instructions of a Service does not modify those of previously created visits. They are simply copied from the Service when a visit or recurrence is created.
You can now hide discharged services you no longer want to visualize in lists and calendars. This can be done via a Hide option in Client Profile>Services list ONLY. When selecting this option, a confirmation dialog will be shown to confirm you would like to hide this service.
To view hidden services and unhide them, go to the same list, enable the 'Show Hidden' filter, and select the Unhide .
Default Employee Capacity Setting
A set of default employee capacity settings has been added in Settings>System Settings>Scheduling. This allows you to set a default capacity for all employees. If these values are not set on the employee profile, the system will use these to display on the capacity counters. You no longer need to set these on each employee profile to benefit from feature.
New offer status: Answered
When an offer reaches its Response due time, if at least 1 employee has replied, the offer will be set to a new status named 'Answered' instead of 'Expired'. You will see this label in all existing views.

Employee Finder Improvements
The Employee Finder has received a few improvements:
See Travel time metric in red when overlap found
In the Metric tab, Travel Time will be shown in red when the travel time to get to the visit or first occurrence of a recurrence overlaps with an employee's previous visit. This indicates that the employee will not have sufficient time to travel from the previous visit to the one being scheduled.
Select your default filters on the Employee Finder
You can now set which filters to enable by default on the Employee Finder. In Settings>System Settings>Scheduling, simply check the filters you would like to see
Set default tab shown when opening the Employee Finder
You can also set what tab is shown by default when opening the Employee Finder. In Settings>System Settings>Scheduling, select the preferred tab.
Primary Employee assigned when selecting a Service
When creating a visit and selecting a service which has a primary employee assigned to them, the 'Employee' field is automatically populated with the primary employee.
This feature is disabled in the dialogs opened from the Employee Profile>Calendar and Employee Daily Schedule, as the employee is already selected.
Drag and drop on calendars to create visits
When using drag and drop on a calendar to create a visit, if user un-selects 'Use Service Duration' checkbox, the end time will be modified to match the length selected on the calendar.
Hours per Service
Service codes are now shown next to the Service Name in a client's 'Hours per service' table, seen above the calendar in the Client>Scheduling tab.
New permission to edit your own reports
Field Portal roles now have a new ACL folder named "Workflow", in which the permission "Edit your own reports" has been added. When enabled, this will allow users to edit their own reports, via an 'Edit' button to the right of the Print button, above the report.
Supply items available on specific invoice format
Supply items from requisition approved during the time period of a billing cycle will now appear in most of the invoice format.
Epicore aggregate billing export update
For a visit with a billable cancelled code, we now display the cancelled code description instead of the service code description in column line_desc.
MicroPay payroll export update
Added Employment type, visit pay code and rate to the export.
QHR payroll export update
Service code of the visit now populates the 5th column for both visits and visit premiums.
Scheduling recurrent export for a report
You can now program scheduled export for a report, which will generate a report automatically based on the frequency you set.
To do so, click on the 'Schedule Report" on any report.
Then fill out the form to set the frequency and the export format.
Note that you can only have one recurrence set a time for a specific report.
To access the list of scheduled exports that we generated, click on the "Scheduled Reports" button, accessible at the top of the reports hierarchy.
Then you can download any report you have access to from the Scheduled reports list dialog.
