You can configure your Dashboard to contain any of the available KPIs. Note that the refresh rate of KPIs is once per minute.
Pending Offers
Represents: any offers of status Posted which have yet to be processed.
Links to: Offers, where the default filter is already Posted.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Pending service offers.
Soon to Expire Offers
Represents: how many offers have 10 minutes or fewer left on their countdown to be accepted. 10 minutes is the default - it can be configured in Settings>All Settings>General>Soon to Expire Offers Duration.
Links to: Offers. There is no way to filter down to offers which are due to expire in x minutes.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Soon to expire offers.
Expired End dates
Represents: total of Services whose Projected End Date is the previous date and which are still in status Active. The KPI will turn red to display the total number of active client services, where the projected end date is in the past.
Links to: Service List. Default Filter is Active. To view expired Services, filter by Projected End Date, selecting yesterday in the To field.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Expired End Dates.
Visibility of the Service List, where Services can be then edited, is governed by the ACL: Customer>Services List.
Pending referrals
Represents: all posted (unprocessed) referrals from the beginning of time.
Links to: Offer Management. To view the pending referrals, click to Referrals, clear the date filter, and filter to Posted.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Pending service referrals.
Clocked-in via mobile
Represents: all users currently clocked in via mobile.
Links to: the Attendance dashboard. To identify visits where the user has clocked in on mobile, look for a green bar superposing the Visit block.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Clocked-in via mobile.
Expiring Skills
Represents: all Expiring Skills that have expired, or will expire in the next 21 days.
Links to: Expiring Criteria. In order to view Expiring Skills, the date filter must be set to: From - beginning of time and To - tomorrow.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Expiring Skills, which also gives access to the Expiring Criteria page and Edit/Delete Skills permissions.
Forms to Approve
Represents: Quantity of reports in Unapproved status.
Links to: Reports/Forms. The page is by default filtered according to Unapproved.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Reports to approve.
Overutilized Authorizations
Represents: the number of items within an Authorization that are overutilized.
Links to: Overutilized Authorizations, where you can rectify or dismiss those items.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Scheduling > Dismiss Over Utilized Authorizations.
Open tickets
Represents: all incident reports logged as tickets via the telephony (IVR) system in status Opened.
Links to: Tickets. Default filter is Opened and Pending.
Scheduled Visits
Represents: any ongoing Visits, i.e. Start Time is before current time and End Time is after.
Links to: Attendance Dashboard.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Scheduled Visits.
Late visits
Represents: the number of late Visits. The tile will turn red when there are late or missed visits for the current day.
Links to: Today's Visits. This page is not accessible from anywhere else in the system.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Late visits.
Vacant Visits
Represents: the number of Vacant Visits in the system. It will turn red to display the number of Vacant Visits that are scheduled for a time in the past.

Accepted Visit Offers
Represents: the number of Visit Offers that have been accepted by one or more Employees. This tile will turn green when one or more offers have been accepted.
Links to: Schedules>Workforce Management>Vacant Visits, filtered to Accepted.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Accepted visit offers.
Expired Visit Offers
Represents: Visit Offers which have expired without receiving any response. The KPI will turn red to display the number of expired Visit Offers in the past by one day or more.

Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Expired visit offers.
Overdue First Visit
Represents: Any Service for which the required First Visit Date has passed with a scheduled Visit. Note that this includes Services where the first Visit has been scheduled after the required First Visit Date with a Reason Code.
Links to: Services. There is no simple way to filter or sort on the Services with overdue first Visits.
My tasks due today
Represents: Tasks that have a due date of today or are overdue and are assigned to the user who is signed in. The tile will turn red to display the number of tasks due for which the due date is in the past.
Links to: Dashboard>Tasks, filtered for the current user and for Tasks which are due and overdue. Tasks will be listed by their ID number in descending order. To reverse this order, click the arrows next to ID.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - My tasks due today.
Tasks due today
Represents: total number of Tasks due today or that are overdue. The tile will turn red to display the number of tasks due for which the due date is in the past.
Links to: Tasks list, but not the same page as the Tasks list accessible through Dashboard>Tasks.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Tasks due today.
Family Portal Open Requests
Represents: Tasks created for requests for new Services, new Visits, or Visit changes from the Family Portal. The KPI will turn red to display the total number of requests that are still open and were submitted by a portal user more than one day ago.

Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI - Family Portal open tasks.
COVID-19 Screener Alerts
Represents: the number of alerts (questions for which a care provider answered yes) reported on COVID-19 screeners from the mobile app that have not yet been acknowledged.
Links to: Schedules>Workforce Management>COVID-19 Screener Management filtered by the hide forms without alerts toggle.
Visibility of this KPI is governed by the ACL: Dashboard>KPI-COVID-19 screener alerts.
