When a service is funded by a client individual-type funder, you must choose a billing contact when creating the service. The billing contact can either be the client receiving the service or one of the client's contacts. The list of billing contacts you can choose from when creating or editing a service originates from the billing contacts you first add through client profile > Client Info > Contacts.

Add a billing contact on a new service
1. Go to the client profile > Care Management > Services.
2. Select + Create a Service.
3. In the dialog, fill in the appropriate fields for creating a service, and select Next.
4. From the Billing Contact dropdown, select the desired billing contact.
5. Save.
Edit a billing contact on an existing service
1. Go to the client profile > Care Management > Services.
2. Select Edit Service on an existing service.
3. In the dialog, select Next.
4. From the Billing Contact dropdown, select the desired billing contact.
5. Save.
Bulk update a billing contact on services
1. Go to the client profile > Care Management > Services.
2. Select Update Billing Contact.
3. Select all the services you want to update the billing contact for.
4. Select Update Billing Contact again.
5. In the dialog, choose the desired billing contact.
6. Save.
