Multiple tab detection for Multi-office
For Multi-office users, it is not recommended to use multiple tabs, as the system can only support a single time zone per session at a given time. For this reason, we have now added a new dialog that is shown to users when the time zone of the session is different from the one displayed on the current tab. Users will be warned and will be able to Refresh the tab to prevent any data issues.
Facility Availability Metrics
This metric indicates if there is capacity left at a facility to schedule an additional client visit. By comparing the number of concurrent client visits with the value set for Facility>Edit>Other Fields>Capacity, system returns a metric to indicate if the facility is available at the selected time. When scheduling a recurrence, this metric will indicate how many of the occurrences are available.
This column can only be seen when setting 'Care Time Different Than Duration' is enabled. This metric indicates if there are enough employees at a facility to appropriately cover the care time of all client visits. By comparing the number of concurrent client care time with the number of concurrent employee shifts, system returns a metric to indicate if the facility is available at the selected time.
When scheduling a recurrence, this metric will only be shown for the first occurrence.

Re-send shift offers to selected employees
When an offer has previously been sent, you will now be able to re-send offers only to added employees, by selecting the option 'Send offer only to added employees'.
This option will only be shown when a new employee is added to the offered list or when an employee who had previously declined was removed from the list and re-added.
When sending an offer only to added employees, system will:
Re-send offer and email notification only to employees with the Response 'Not sent' next to their names.
Set new 'Response Due Time' for all active offers ('expired' ones become pending again)

Service information hover on visit dialog
Similar to what can be seen on the Client Overview>Services, you can now view more information regarding a client's service within the visit dialog, by hovering over the new tool tip:
This hover does not contain Funding details but has a new field named 'Previous scheduled visit'. This new field indicate to users when the previous visit for that service is by:
- looking at the point in time where the visit is being added (first occurrence if recurrence) or edited (current occurrence if recurrence)
- looking for the previous visit for that service where start time < current visit
The statement was updated with the following:
- Added Pagination
- Added Pre-authorized Payment box
- Added Payment Instructions
- Added Invoice Number reference on payment footer
You can also email generated statements.
From your Statements list, simply click on the "Email" option from the action button and fill the Email Statement dialog.
Note: Only statements generated after this release can be emailed.
US Medicaid Eligibility
Automated US Medicaid Eligibility checks are now available for specific tenants, dependent on the Medicaid feature flag.

Edit Service Code from the Employee Profile
When a user has the ACL Accounting>Edit Service Code, they will be able to edit the service code directly from My Profile>Timesheet & Premiums>Visits via a tool tip.
