In this release, we're introducing the following features:
- Task creation
- Tasks list filtering based on task status
- Visit quick action menu from the care worker schedule
- Support of special characters when changing your password
- Hyperlink recognition on visit notes
You can now create tasks directly from the Care Worker Mobile app.

Now, only open tasks will be displayed by default.
These tasks are ordered by due date.
If no or same due date, they are ordered by priority. Tasks with the same priority will be ordered by creation date.
You can see tasks with other statuses, using the filter on the navigation bar.
Also note we removed the checkbox that was indicating if the task was open or closed as you cannot see tasks with a different status
Quick Actions Menu from Schedule
You can now perform quick actions from your schedule, without entering the client profile.
Based on your permissions, you can do the following actions:
- Edit the visit
- Cancel a visit
- Put a visit on hold
- Delete a visit
- Call the client
- View the directions to go the client service address (this will launch you favorite map application)
- View the session information if you already clocked-in to the visit
Password reset improvement
When resting you can password, you can now include special characters.
Note: Passwords with special characters were already supported by the system, but the fields allowing to reset the password on the iOS app was not supported them.
Visit Notes improvement
If a hyperlink is part of a visit note, the app will recognize it and you'll be able to open the hyperlink in your favorite Web browser.
