This month's release contains many highly anticipated features:
- Cost Centre
- Profiles linked to many entities
- Global search improvements
- Revamped Client and Employee Contacts datagrids
- Client Status
- Episode Calendar
- Service Start & End tiles in calendars
Profiles with Multiple Profile Types
Previously, if a single person were serving as a contact of multiple clients, or as both contact and client, etc., multiple different Profiles had to be created with the same name.
Now, a single Profile can now be related to multiple Profile Types.
Existing Profile Types are:
- Client Contact
- Employee Contact
When creating a new Profile, eg Susan Andrew, users can now see if there are any existing Profile Types for the same person, and link them to avoid duplication as well harmonize data across profile Types (such as Contact information).
The global search also has a new look, while keeping the same functionality.
When searching for a Profile in the Global Search, it will appear with any existing Profile Types in its listing.
Users have the option to select which Profile Type they wish to view by clicking on the Profile.

Client and Employee Contacts
We have revamped our Contacts datagrids for both clients and employees.
- We no longer have a separate tab for Emergency contacts. You can now make a contact an emergency one by clicking on the 'Emergency' toggle, and then reorder the list according to priority by clicking on the 3 bars in the first column and dragging the items.
- Demographic information has been moved into the 'i' hover for ease of access.
- You can now search contacts by name.
Client Status can now operate completely independently of the status of any of the client's services.
Users have the ability to manage and create Client Status periods (or events).
When placing a client On Hold, the Reason may be tied to a Leave Type.
The user additionally has the option to apply On Hold status to any or all of the client's services.
The current status, past, and upcoming statuses are available for viewing, editing, or deletion in the client's profile.

You will now be able to configure which views are available in the Client>Schedule page via a new multi-select setting called 'Client Schedule Views'. Options are:
- Episode (NEW)
The ability to select the default view via the setting 'Client Schedule Default View' is maintained, and options available will update according to selection in 'Client Schedule Views'
Also note that the view selector is now a drop down.
Episode Calendar View
We have introduced a new client calendar view specifically for the US market. It can be enabled via the setting shown above.
This new calendar consists of a 10 week view, similar to the existing monthly view. This rolling 10 week range starts on the week of the earliest start date of the active services of a client. Upon loading the view, the current 10 week period will be shown.
Service Start, End and Recertification tiles in calendars
You can now show tiles in the client calendars that indicate the service start and end dates, with the exception of the swimlane view. These tiles can be enabled via the following Scheduling setting:
Similarly, when 'Show recertification period on client calendars' is enabled, a tile will be shown on each of the X days prior to the end date (included), where X is the value set on via the 'Recertification period(in days)' setting. Note that if the end date tile is already shown, the recertification tile will not be shown as well, as this would clutter the view.
Cost Centre functionality has been integrated into the Accounting portion of the software and is enabled by a feature flag.
On the billing side, Cost Centres are retrieved whenever an invoice or other transaction is generated, and added to the transaction as additional information in the General Ledger.
The funder has 2 Cost Centre settings, for GL Bank and GL Receivables. Whenever transactions require those accounts, the Cost Centres will be used for the relevant entries.
The Client has a single Cost Centre setting for all other entries, though it can be overridden at the Service, Visit, and Client Billing Premium levels.
On the payroll side, Cost Centres can be retrieved in specific payroll exports.
The Cost Centre is set on the Employee, though it can be overridden at the Visit and Daily Premium levels.
Finally, if any Cost Centre has override settings at the system level (set by GL Account Number), then any entries with that GL Account Number will use the Cost Centre override.
