A client's schedule is visible in Client Profile>Scheduling.
These schedules are available in multiple formats.
Calendar View is the default in the Scheduling tab. The toggle top right allows you to move in and out of it.
The icon can expand or reduce the calendar by hiding/showing the menus on the right (Care Team etc.)
A Print option exists for the view.
Clicking the icon allows you to select a date to navigate to in your calendar.
The dropdown lets you change the increment of scheduling tiles for optimal visibility.
Finally, the dropdown to the left of the icon lets you change the calendar format according to your needs.
Available formats, and the default format, depend on system settings around calendars.
The Swimlane format allows you to see a week of the schedule, where each day is split up into separate rows by service, and visits of each service appear in their respective rows.
Month, Day, and Week Formats
These formats allow you to view a month, a single day, or a week of the schedule at a time.
This format consists of a 10 week view, similar to the existing monthly view. This rolling 10 week range starts on the week of the earliest start date of the active services of a client. Upon loading the view, the current 10 week period will be shown.
