Your username and password give you access to both the web portal of your agency's Alayacare instance and the mobile app.
Should you forget your password, please contact your agency's Alayacare lead to reset it for you - you cannot reset it yourself, and the Alayacare support team is not authorized to make changes to user accounts.
Your agency may have set a Password Expiration Interval, which will demand that you change your password every time a certain interval of days passes.
Reset an Expired Password
- If your agency has set a Password Expiration Interval, you will be prompted to reset your Password upon expiry by the following screen the next time you try to log in:
- Tap OK.
- In the resulting screen, enter your current Password, and then enter the new one and confirm it.
- Tap Submit.
