Your username and password give you access to AlayaCare's Care Worker Mobile application as well as the web application (if you are using it).
It is recommended that you update your password periodically for security reasons. Your agency may have set a Password Expiration Interval, which will require you to change your password after a certain number of days.
If you forget your password, please contact your agency's AlayaCare Client Success Manager or Client Relationship Manager to reset it for you. You cannot reset it yourself, and the AlayaCare Support Team is not authorized to make changes to user accounts.
Change an expired password
1. If your agency has set a Password Expiration Interval, you will be prompted to reset your Password upon expiry by the following screen the next time you try to log in:
2. Tap OK.
3. In the resulting screen, enter your current Password, and then enter the new one and confirm it.
4. Tap Submit.
Change your password from the mobile app
To change your password from the mobile app, you must be in an employee role that has the correct permissions. If you cannot access the change password option on the app, please contact an administrator from your organization.
1. To change your password from the mobile app, start by tapping the menu icon.
2. Next, tap Settings.
3. In Settings, tap Change Password.
4. Enter your Current Password followed by your New Password. After confirming your password, tap Submit.
