Visit Notes are used by field staff and office staff to exchange information about specific Client Visits.
- To view Visit Notes for a Visit, click on a Visit tile in a Schedule. If there are any Visit Notes, they will appear in the Visit Overview.
- Click on More Details to open the Visit dialogue. The quantity of Visit Notes will also appear in the Visit Notes rubric.
- Click View Notes to view existing Notes.
- Click +Add Note to enter a new Note.
- Enter the new Visit Note and click Add Note to save.
