Intake System Settings include the following:
- Client Demographics: Override Name, Address, Phone
- Service Information: Override Service Details and Address
- Billing RA Processing: Apply Payments and Reconciliation Status to Visits
- Soon to Expire Offer threshold (in Minutes)
To view Settings around Intake, go to Settings>System Settings>Intake.
Client Demographics: Override Name, Address, Phone
When a Referral has a different Client Name, Address, or Phone Number for the Client in question, this setting determines whether the information is updated on their Profile or not.

When a Referral has different Service Details and Address for the Service in question, this setting determines whether the information is updated on the Service Profile or not.

Billing RA Processing: Apply Payments and Reconciliation Status to Visits
When this setting is ON, any newly-received billing reconciliation files will be automatically Processed. Visit statuses will be updated and Payments logged. If, for some reason, a reconciliation file is not Processed, the status will appear as Posted. The user can click the Process button in Accounting>Reconciliation which appears at the end of rows of unprocessed RA files.
When this setting is OFF, any newly-received billing reconciliation files will not be processed until the setting is turned ON, and the user clicks the Process button in Accounting>Reconciliation which appears at the end of rows of unprocessed RA files.
Soon to Expire Offer threshold (in Minutes)
The KPI Soon to Expire Offers displays the total of Offers which are under the expiry threshold set here.
