App Version 1.196.0
Release is scheduled for 2019-02-14 @8:00AM EST.
This release contains the following:
- Discontinued support for Android 4
- Improved response time when loading sticky forms
- Changes to allow users to view Caseload only when configured with the correct ACL
Discontinuing Support for Android 4
With this release, AlayaCare will be discontinuing support for Android versions 4.0 through 4.4.4 due to security risks.
Going forward, you will only be able to install the mobile app on devices running Android versions 5.0 and higher.
Improved Response Time When Loading Sticky Forms
Changes have been made to improve the app's response time when loading sticky forms. This will allow the app to load more efficiently when opening Visits from your Schedule or Clients from your Caseload.
Caseload View Now ACL Protected
A new ACL has been created in the web app to ensure that only users who have the View Caseload permission have access to their caseload on mobile. For users configured with the View Caseload permission, Caseload will appear as the first option in the main menu.
For users without this permission, Caseload will not appear in the menu.
To allow care workers to view their caseload on mobile, go to Settings>All Settings>Permissions in the web app and choose the correct Field Portal Role. Select Customer and check the box next to View Caseload. This ACL is automatically enabled for Admin Portal Roles.
Update: View Service Funding Now ACL Protected
With the release of version 1.196.2 of the app on April 8, only users configured with the View Service Funding ACL have permission to view funding details for Visits on the mobile app.
Users with roles that do not have the View Service Funding ACL enabled will not be able to view the Funding tab.
