Import Payments Made via BPAY
Specifically designed for our Australian users, this new feature allows you to import a list of payment transactions made using BPAY into AlayaCare and automatically allocate the payments toward the corresponding Client balances.
Once you have configured your organization to use BPAY by enabling the BPAY Feature Flag, you will be able to go to Accounting>Payments>Import Payments to view a list of all BPAY-NAB-type files that have been imported into the system. From here, you can see whether the import was a Success, Partial Success, or Failure.
Click Download to open the original file or select View Results to view any errors that the system encountered when importing the file.
Select the Import Payments button to select a file in National Australia Bank (NAB) format and begin importing the payment transactions into AlayaCare. The payments will be allocated toward the Clients' balances using the existing "Allocate automatically" logic.

Cross Client Budget List
Users configured with the Budgets Feature Flag will now be able to view a list of all Client Budgets in one place by going to Accounting>Budgets.
The list will display the Client, Budget Name, Case Manager, Status, HCP Funder (if the Medicare AUS Feature Flag is turned on), Start Date, End Date, and Branch (if multi-office). Click View to open the Budget page for the selected Client Budget.
You can filter the Budget List by Client, Case Manager, Status, HCP Funder, Start Date, or End Date.
Improvements have also been made to the Budget List on the Client's profile. The Income and Planned Expense columns have been removed to improve performance, the Author column has been replaced by the Case Manager column, and the Branch column will display when the agency is multi-office.

Changes to Employee Termination
When terminating an Employee from the Overview tab on the Employee profile, the Termination Date field will now be read-only and set to today's date. Any Visits scheduled after the Termination Date will be vacated.
Payroll Exports Moved to Background Job
Payroll Exports have been moved to a background job to optimize performance. When you click on the Export button in a Payroll Period, you will now see the following screen:
From here, you can click the +New Export button to run a new export or click Download on an existing export.
Optimization in Employee Finder to Support All Recurrence Types
The Optimize tab on the Employee Finder is now available when creating or editing Daily Recurrences or Recurrences with a Weekly Frequency greater than every 1 week (every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.).
Improvements to Travel Time on the Employee Finder
It is now possible for AlayaCare to provide an approximate Travel Time including traffic on the Employee Finder for Visits that have occurred in the past.
Employee Designation on Automated Provider Reports (APRs)
When Employees send APRs to the Ontario LHINs, Employee Designation is an attribute that is submitted on the APR. The Employee Designation will now be pulled from the designation set in Employment>Employment Settings>Employee Designation on the Employee's profile.
