You can create Form Categories in Form Settings to organize your Forms.
Add a New Form Category
To add a new Form Category, click Manage Form Categories in Form Settings.
In the dialogue box, click +Add Form Category.
Enter the name of the Category you wish to create in the text field and click Save.
Once the Category has been created, you will be able to select it in the Category field when adding a new Form.
The Category will be displayed in the Category column in Form Settings.
Edit/Disable a Form Category
To edit or disable a Form Category, click Manage Form Categories in Form Settings.
Click Edit to make changes to the Category name.
To disable the Category, click the arrow next to Edit and select Disable.
By default enabled Form Categories are displayed in Manage Form Categories. For more filtering options, click the icon.
You can search for a Category by name or filter Categories by Enabled, Disabled, or All.
