If a Form has been submitted but not yet approved, it can still be edited.
You must be configured with the right permissions to edit submitted Forms. Employees with the ACL Edit Your Own Forms can edit only unapproved Forms they have submitted. Employees with the ACL Edit All Forms can edit unapproved Forms submitted by other Employees in the agency. Learn more about Roles/Permissions and ACLs.
Note: Once a form has been Approved, it can no longer be edited. This includes changing the status to something other than Approved.
To begin, click on the Client Forms tab from the Dashboard.
Or, go to Care Documentation>Client Forms on the Client's profile or Forms>Client Forms on the profile of the Employee who submitted the Form.
Click View for the Form you wish to edit.
In the Form Details screen, you will be able to preview a PDF version of the submitted Form. Click Edit to make your changes to the Form.
In the resulting dialogue box, make the necessary changes to the editable Form fields and then click Submit Form.
