If a form has been submitted but not yet approved, it can still be edited.
Once a form has been approved, it can no longer be edited. You also will not be able to change the status to something other than approved.
Roles and permissions
You must be configured with the right permissions to edit submitted forms. Employees with the ACL edit your own forms can edit only unapproved forms they have submitted. Employees with the ACL edit all forms can edit unapproved forms submitted by other employees in the agency.
Editing a submitted form
To begin, click view for the form you wish to edit. You can submitted forms from the client forms tab on the dashboard or from the client, facility, or employee profile.
A new tab will open with the submitted form. Select the edit button to make changes.
Make the necessary changes to the editable form fields and then click submit form.
