How do I manage a Client's list of Care Plans?

A Client can only have on Active Care Plan at a time. However, a single Client can have multiple Care Plans of different statuses consisting of different Diagnoses, Interventions, and Goals

To view your Client's list of Care Plans, navigate to Care Documentation>Care Plan on the Client's profile.

The Care Plan list gives the Name, Author, Start Date, End Date, date Last Updated, and Status of all Care Plans added for the Client

Click the siphon_icon.png icon to search by Care Plan Name or Status or filter by date range.

Click View to review an existing Care Plan

Or, click +Add Care Plan to add a new Care Plan for the Client
