You can view and approve all submitted forms in AlayaCare from the client forms tab on the dashboard. From here, you can choose to approve all submitted forms in bulk or approve forms individually.
You can also approve individual forms from client, facility, or employee profiles.
Approving submitted forms
Submitted forms in the client forms tab are listed by form name, date submitted on, client/facility, employee it was submitted by, status (unapproved, approved, etc.), employee it was approved by (if applicable), background job status, and branch (if multi-office environment). By default, the list will be filtered to unapproved forms. Note that the background Job column will only be populated if a form contains advanced components.
To approve all unapproved forms at once, click the approve all button.
Click approve all in the dialogue to finish approving the forms. Note that approving forms that include advanced components will start a background job to update the relevant clients' demographic and care information in their profiles.
To approve forms one at a time, click the arrow next to view for the correct form and select approve.
Click approve in the resulting dialogue. Note that approving forms that include advanced components will start a background job to update the relevant clients' demographic and care information in their profiles.
To view more details about the form before approving it, or to change the status to something other than approved, click view.
After reviewing the Form, click the icon next to unapproved. Select the status you wish to select for the form (unapproved, approved, verification, to delete, or job pending) and then click .
Important note: once a form has been approved, it can no longer be edited. This includes changing the status to something other than approved.
