How do I view the Revision History of a Care Plan item (Diagnosis, Goal, or Intervention)?

You can view changes that have been made to a Diagnosis, Goal, or Intervention on an Active Care Plan by selecting the  Revision History icon.

To begin, hover over the Care Plan item whose Revision History you wish to view and select the icon. 

In the resulting dialogue, you will be able to review all the details on the item by Update Date and view the Author of the change. 

The edited detail will be highlighted in blue.
