Individual Care Plan items (Diagnoses, Goals, and Interventions) may be resolved or completed before the Care Plan is completed.
To resolve a Diagnosis or complete a Goal or Intervention from a Care Plan, open the Client's Care Plan, hover over the Care Plan item you would like to complete/resolve, and click the icon.
In the resulting dialogue, you will receive a warning that you will no longer be able to make changes to the Care Plan item once it has been marked as completed/resolved. Click Complete/Resolve to continue.
Once the Care Plan item has been completed/resolved, it will turn blue and the icons for making changes to the item will no longer be available.
