When scheduling a Visit or Recurrence for a Client with an Active Care Plan, the active Interventions for that Client (and Service) will appear in the New Client Visit dialogue box so you can review them.
The Interventions shown will depend on the Frequency Type set for the Intervention and the timing of the Visit (for example, if the Frequency Type is Daily and the Time Window is 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, the Intervention will not appear if you are scheduling a Visit for 4 pm). Additionally, if the Intervention is tied to a Client Service, the Intervention will only appear when scheduling a Visit for that Service.
When scheduling a single Visit, you can edit which Interventions from the Care Plan should be completed during the Visit by clicking the pencil icon next to Interventions.
In the Edit Interventions dialogue box, you will see all of the Interventions included on the Client's Care Plan. Click to check and uncheck the boxes next to the Interventions you wish to include on the Visit.
When you have finished, click Save. Your changes will be applied to the Interventions section of the dialogue.
Note that Interventions can only be edited at the Visit level, so you cannot edit the list of Interventions when scheduling a Recurrence.
