How do I view the Completion History for a Care Plan Intervention?

You can view the Completion History for a Care Plan Intervention from the Care Plan on the web app. 

To review the Completion History for an Intervention, open the Care Plan from the Care Documentation tab on the Client's profile  and hover over the Intervention to select the  icon. 

In the dialogue window, you will see a record of whether not the Intervention was completed at each Update Time, the Duration (if Capture Time Spent on Intervention was selected), and Comments entered by the caregiver.
