When completing a Form for a Client on mobile, you may need to stop filling out a Form before you are ready to submit it. When this happens, you will have the option to save a Draft of the Form so that you can resume completing it later.
Save a Form Draft
If you navigate away from a Form you are completing but have not yet submitted, you will receiving the following message: Do you want to discard this form or save it for later?
iOS: Android:
Tap Save to save the responses you have entered in the Form so far. Tap Discard if you do not wish to save your changes to the Form.
If a Form has a saved draft, the icon will appear next to the Form Name in the Forms list under Form History or next to the Form in your Service Tasks.

Resume Completing a Form Draft
To resume completing a saved Draft, open the Form you wish to complete (click Create/Update on a Sticky Form or add a Form from the Form History tab). You will receive the following message: A draft for this form was auto-saved on [Date, Time]. Do you want to resume the Draft or discard and start a new Report?
iOS: Android:
Tap Resume to continue completing the Form using the responses that have already been entered. Enter the remaining information and then tap Submit (iOS)/Save (Android).
