Service Tasks represent the activities (such as completing Interventions and tracking Goal progress) that a caregiver should complete before clocking out of a Visit.
To review Service Tasks for a scheduled Visit on the web app, click on the Visit in the Client or Employee's calendar (or another scheduling page in AlayaCare) and select More Details to open the Edit Visit dialogue box.
Click the Service Tasks tab.
Review the Interventions, Forms, and Goals assigned to the Visit. Interventions and Goals will be organized by Type. If you must complete an Intervention (or leave a comment) to clock out of a Visit, the Intervention will be marked with a *.
Once you clock in to a Visit, you can make changes to the Service Tasks tab, such as adding and completing Forms and Interventions and updating Goal progress.
