How do I archive a Care Plan item (Diagnosis, Goal, or Intervention) on mobile?

You can archive Care Plan items (Diagnoses, Goals, or Interventions) that the Client no longer needs from the Care Plan tab on mobile. 

To begin, open a Visit from your Schedule or Client in your Caseload and swipe to the Care Plan tab. 

Find the Diagnosis, Goal, or Intervention on the Care Plan that you wish to archive and click the three dots on the right.

Tap Archive. You will receive the following message: Are you sure you want to archive this care plan item? You won't be able to edit this item afterwards. Tap Archive to continue

Note that once a Care Plan item has been archived it cannot be undone. 

By default a Client's Care Plan is filtered to Active and Completed Care Plan items only. To view archived items on the Care Plan, click the filter button in the bottom right of the screen.

Change the Statuses in the filter to include Archived and click Submit/Apply
