A Form will appear in the Service Tasks for a Visit if it has been added to either the Visit or the Service. Once you have clocked in to the Visit, you can fill out the Form and mark it as complete in your Service Tasks. You also have the option to add another Form to your Service Tasks during a Visit.
Complete a Form in your Service Tasks
After clocking into the Visit, click the Service Tasks tab in the Visit dialogue.
In the Forms section, you will see all Forms that are attached to the Visit or the Service. Click the Form's name to open it.
The Form will open in a new dialogue window. Complete all necessary fields and then click Submit.
After you submit the Form, it will be automatically checked off in your Service Tasks.
Once you have completed your other Service Tasks, you can proceed to clock out of the Visit.
Add a Form to Service Tasks
While clock in to a Visit, you can also add more Forms to the Service Tasks. Click the +Add button to add a new Form.
In the dialogue box, start typing to select any active Form that has been configured by your agency in Form Settings. Then click Add Form.
Click the blue hyperlinked Form Name to complete and submit the Form.
Once you have clocked out of the Visit, a tooltip will appear indicating that the Form was added during the Visit.
