Outcome Scales are embedded in various interRAI tools and are automatically calculated, based on the responses that have been entered in a client’s interRAI assessment. Outcome scales provide the clinical user evidence-based information which leads to consistent decision-making by agencies and supports evidence-informed resource allocation across client populations.

The table below highlights which Outcome Scales are calculated in specific instruments. Please note that the interRAI Long Term Care Facility (LTCF) Assessment is under development.
