How do I archive/re-publish a Care Plan Library?

If you no longer need a Care Plan Library, you can archive an active library or delete a draft library. You also have the option to re-publish Care Plan Libraries when necessary.

Delete a Care Plan Library Draft

Go to Settings>Libraries and click the downward arrow next to View on the draft library you wish to delete and select Delete. 

Alternatively, click View to open the Care Plan Library and then select the Delete button. 

In the dialogue box, click Delete. 

The Care Plan Library will be permanently deleted. 

Archive an Active Care Plan Library

From Settings>Libraries, click the downward arrow next to View on the active library you wish to archive and select Archive. 

Alternatively, click View to open the Care Plan Library and then select the Archive button. 

In the dialogue box, click Archive.

The Care Plan Library will be archived.

Re-Publish an Archived Care Plan

You can re-publish an Archived Care Plan Library from the Libraries List in Settings>Libraries or from the Care Plan Library page.

Click the downward arrow next to View and select Re-Publish. 

Alternatively, click View to open the Care Plan Library and then select the Re-Publish button. 

In the dialogue box, select Re-Publish. 

The status of the Care Plan Library will change back to Active.
