Punch-Out Distance Now Available in Visit Approval
The new Punch-Out Distance column in the Visit Approval pages in Workforce Management, Billing, and Payroll will allow you to see the distance in meters that the care worker was from the Client or Facility address when clocking out.
You can also now filter on Visits when approving Visits in Workforce Management, Billing, and Payroll in terms both Punch-In and Punch-Out Distance. The Min. Distance in Meters filter will show Visits where Punch-In OR Punch-Out Distance is greater than or equal to the value. The Max. Distance in Meters filter will show Visits where Punch-In AND Punch-Out Distance is less than or equal to the value.
The mobile component of this feature has already been released for iOS and Android. Note that care workers may receive a warning when clocking out of a Visit on the mobile app if the address for the Client and Facility has not been entered correctly.
