This release is scheduled to release to Production environments on:
- CAN/US: 2019-10-03 @ 06:00 PM EST
- AUS/INT: 2019-10-04 @ 01:00 AM AEST
Due to the release, the Billing module will be unavailable from 6:00-6:30 PM EST (for CAN/US) and 1:00-1:30 AM AEST (for AUS/INT). Clients are asking to refrain from updating accounting codes or running billing during this time.
We target to deploy this release on your Staging environment on:
- CAN/US: 2019-10-01 @ 03:00 PM EST
- AUS/INT: 2019-10-02 @ @ 05:00 AM AEST

Care Plan 2.0: Care Plan Libraries
As a continuation of our Care Plan 2.0 initiative and release, Care Plan Libraries allows you to define standard templates to use in the creation of individual Client Care Plans. These standard templates allow for you to have consistency and best practices defined across all Care Plans. Care Plan Libraries follow a similar structure to a Care Plan and can be composed of Diagnoses, Goals, and Interventions. Care Plan Libraries are flexible in how they can be defined and how they best suits your organization.
To help you get the most out of this major new feature, all organizations are strongly encouraged to go through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to become familiar with new functionality and update their workflows. If your organization is already using Care Plan in AlayaCare, in addition to becoming familiar with the functionality another key aspect of UAT will be to test and review the migrations in order to understand how your existing Care Plans and Libraries in AlayaCare will appear once Care Plan 2.0 is enabled. Your Client Services Manager or Client Relationship Manager will reach out to you to discuss a timeline for UAT and enablement in production. For details on when you can anticipate to go live with Care Plan 2.0, please refer to the chart below:
